Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ayush Shankar (“we”, “us”) for using the Bitty app and website. By downloading or using Bitty you agree to them.

Using Bitty

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Bitty on your own computers. Don’t reverse-engineer it to get around Premium, resell it, or use it to break the law. You must be at least 13 to use Bitty.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your Google account and for activity on your Bitty account. Premium may be used on up to 2 computers at a time per account; you can move it between computers in the app.

Premium, billing and refunds

• Premium is a subscription (monthly or yearly) sold through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record and handles billing, taxes and invoices. The price you pay depends on your billing country and is shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Your first Premium payment can be refunded in full within 14 days; see the Refund Policy. Your rights under the law where you live are not affected.
• Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing period and we’ll tell you beforehand.

Free plan

The free plan is offered as-is and its limits (such as challenges per day) may change.

Not a medical or cognitive-training product

Bitty is a game. Scores, “Brain Profile” and other stats describe how you played, not your intelligence or health. We make no claims that Bitty improves memory, IQ or any medical condition.

Updates and availability

Bitty updates itself to fix bugs and add features. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut Bitty down we’ll give reasonable notice and handle remaining paid time fairly.

Disclaimers and liability

Bitty is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Ending

You can stop using Bitty and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting consumer protections where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they apply.
